Format - Top 48 Qualifiers locked into four, 12 car, 10 lap Heats. (Heats are seeded, for balance). ...Heats are invert 6, with Top 4 finishers in each heat, qualifying for Feature. The 16 drivers qualified for the feature will pull a pill on the front-chute prior to the Last Chance Race. The pills are numbered 1 to 16, to determine their starting order in the Feature.
All non-feature qualified cars revert back to their qualifying times with the quickest 16 making up the first 8 rows of the 12-lap Last Chance Race.
A 10 lap consolation race may be run if necessary. Consy will start no more than ten cars straight up by times. Top two transfer to Last Chance
If a 2nd second consy (D-Main) must be added, it will be 8 laps. Only 2 transfer to the Consolation.
Last Chance Race: Top 6 finishers in Last Chance race fill rows 9, 10, & 11 of the Feature.
Rules:
- 1200 Lbs. without driver. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Tires: Right Rear Tire must be Hoosier Spec Tire HTW 14
- 410 Cubic inch maximum (subject to random test)
- Methanol Fuel only. No Additives. (subject to random test)
- Drivers meeting, and fan "meet and greet" is mandatory. After hot-laps, Aprrox: 4:45 PM.
