Dupuy Ranked Number One, Crockett 7th, in 360 Poll - KNOXVILLE, IOWA (JUNE 13, 2002) - Michael Dupuy of Amite, Louisiana, is the top-rated 360-cubic-inch sprint car driver in the nation heading into this week's 360 national championships, according to the National 360 Sprint Car Poll voting panel of manufacturers, media members, promoters and sanctioning officials. Dupuy, a two-time winner this spring in American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) competition, earned five (5) of the nineteen (19) first- place ballots cast. Michael, with mechanic Rob Hart, appears to be one of the early favorites to claim the June 13-15 Advance Auto Parts 360 Nationals at the half-mile Knoxville Raceway. (more)
