World of Outlaws Alters Schedule By Richard Day ALLEN, TX (January 10) – The World of Outlaws added four dates and four racing facilities to its 2003 racing schedule Friday, increasing its total to 72 events over 100 dates at 50 tracks in 27 states. Sprint car racing’s premier series will visit two new tracks – Fox Ridge Speedway and K-C Raceway – and return to Hartford Speedway and Lawrenceburg Speedway for the first time in years as it celebrates its 25th Anniversary.

Fox Ridge Speedway, located in Arcadia, WI, is a high-banked, 3/8-mile oval. K-C Raceway is a high-banked, 3/8-mile oval in Chillicothe, OH. The World of Outlaws last visited Hartford Speedway Park in Hartford, MI, in 1996. Lawrenceburg Speedway, located in Lawrenceburg, IN, last hosted "the greatest show on dirt" in 1981. The World of Outlaws will christen Fox Ridge Speedway June 10th and K-C Raceway July 31st. The series will return to Hartford Speedway Park August 6th and Lawrenceburg Speedway May 6th. The series also added April races at Lakeside Speedway and Powercom Park Raceway and changed Powercom’s second date from July 10th to July 9th. WoO
