Notes: Joey Saldana said his motor was underpowered last week at Manzanita. The Fowzer, Sperry, Saldana team sent the motor back to the manufacturer during the week to be reworked. Sperry said the motor used last week was put on the dyno and found to be 150 horsepower down from what was needed.

PERRIS - World of Outlaws Sprint Series - A-MAIN UPDATE: $10,000 to win, 30 laps. Steve Kinser has 498 World of Outlaws A-Main wins coming into this one.

• Green Flag - Jason Meyers gets the jump, and leads Craig Dollansky, Steve Kinser, Shane Stewart, and Tyler Walker.
• Lap 5 - GREEN - Meyers has Kinser on his butt, Kinser passes for the lead.
• Lap 9 - GREEN - 1. Steve Kinser, 2. Meyers, 3. Dollansky, 4. Lasoski
• Lap 12 - Yellow Flag - Mike Faria spins. CAUTION. Running order 1. S. Kinser, 2. Meyers, 3. Dollansky, 4. Lasoski, Stewart, Walker, McMahan, K. Kinser, Saldana, Paulus, Schatz, Sides, Allard, Hannagan, Pittman, Swindell, Shaffer.
• Lap 12 - RESTART - Steve leads. He's never won at Perris.
• Lap 15 - Meyers is on it! He passes Kinser on the high side.
• Lap 16 - Kinser back in front of Meyers in traffic.
• Lap 18 - Caution - Saldana slows and stops. It's S. Kinser, Meyers, Dollansky, Lasoski, Stewart, Walker, McMahan, K. Kinser, Sides, and Schatz in the top ten. No lapped cars in the top seven for the restart.
• Lap 20 - 10 car length lead for S. Kinser over Meyers, both on the cushion.
• Lap 28 - Kinser, in traffic hits the wall but saves it. He still leads.
• Lap 29 - Kinser'r right rear is out of air. Meyers goes by. Kinser tapped by Lasoski, and Kinser slides into turn three DNF.
• Finish - Jason Meyers wins. 14, 7, 20, 4m, 5, 11h, 15, 11k, 83, 21,
